Designs - How to take care of your nails at home?

Manicure and pedicure are very important for women because they want their hands and feet to look good. They want to look younger even in old ages. You will feel young for a long time if your hands look young. The nails are a core part of your hands. Their beauty and protection is assured while doing manicures. Take care of your hands and nails and feel pretty. Follow these tips which you can do at home for the protection of your nails.
Nail care tips:
  1. The first step is to place all things you need near you. It is not convenient to search for the instruments while doing manicure and pedicure. It is recommended to make a list of things in mind that are required for doing the manicure and keep them with you. For nail care keep the nail polish, polish remover, soaked water, cotton, nail file and cuticle oil with you.
  2. Start with nail care. Remove any nail polish from the areas surrounding the nails. You may have no polish applied on your nails at that certain time. If this is the matter this step will simply be skipped.
  3. Maintaining the health of the nails makes your hands beautiful. Dip your fingers in the sudsy water for a few minutes. This strengthens the nails and regulates their growth process.
  4. The long, rough nails look bad. Their shape must be maintained. Either chose round or square shape, just cut them down in the wanted shape and file them to smooth the edges.
  5. Lemon juice is used to keep your fingers healthy. Dip your hands in lemon juice for 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. Cuticles are there to protect the nails. There is no need to cut them. Instead push them back and apply olive oil to keep them moisturized.
  7. Regular massage on the hands and polishing your nails are the two main steps that you should follow to protect your nails.

Designs - How to care for your special shoes

Shoes are elegant accessories which we use in our daily lives. People wear different types of shoes for casual and formal events. Caring for the shoes is equally important as wearing them. Caring for shoes not only requires keeping their looks good but also to increase their lifetime. Special shoes that are branded are usually purchased for special events and need special care. Let us discuss how you can care for your shoes.

The first option is to use a tree for contracting the shoes. When you wear shoes along with the tree they get back to their original size and shape. They absorb the moisture from the shoes and leave them dry and contract. A single shoe tree is enough for a pair of shoes. It will take on for two hours to regain the shape of the shoes.

Second care tip is to repair your shoes when needed. Most of the shoes that are used daily have dust stored on them. Your shoes may lose their heels due to excessive. If the upper part of shoes perfect then give them to a shoemaker to repair the heels and sole. This will increase the overall usage time of the shoes.

Shoe caring involves also removing blemishes and stains and covering up the gaps that are created after doing this. You can use a soft brush or a cloth to remove all the dirt. Suede shoes require a special brush that removes stains and restores the original looks of the shoes. Never put your shoes in the cupboard dirty, always clean those after you have worn them.

Leather shoes need special care to clean them. You need to remove the dirt from them and then polish them with the appropriate creams and paints specialized for leather shoes. They need to be cleaned every week and be polished to restore their original looks.

Designs - Caring for acrylic nails

For nails rising with acrylic are often highlighted a number of pros but also cons, as the fact that acid is used, that the monomer (the liquid which is used to thicken the acrylic powder) has an acute and strong odor and that the acrylic dries the nail plate.

Acrylic – polymethylmethacrylate is a representative of the polyacrylates.

Acrylic is widely used in the industry, medicine (dentistry), cosmetology (nails rising) and others.

You have to take care of the nails with acrylic regularly.

First things first: Treat your acrylic nails as you would treat your real nails. Listen to valuable advice on nails and use of products to maintain their integrity over time. Of course, if you usually bite your nails, you can forget about that, because acrylic nails are very hard and very difficult to chew. This makes acrylic nails a great solution for chronic chewing of the nails.

Next, every two weeks, you will need to return to the salon to “repair” your nails. Neglecting this may lead to a complete destruction or cracks. Worse can happen if water gets in the acrylic nails – could be formed fungi into the warm environment between the acrylic and the natural nail.

This is another reason to avoid the acrylic nails rising at home, especially if you are new to this process. Nothing can take the place of the expert – professional at the beauty salon.

health Tips - How to care for the health of our nails

Maintaining healthy and in good condition nails is a sign of good health and a level of hygiene. The well executed nail care is always able to attract the attention of others and to make a good impression. It does not need to be a professional manicurist to keep your nails healthy and attractive. For this purpose, there are a few hints and tips that should be followed:

1. Always make sure to check whether your nails are clean and dry them immediately after washing.

2. After washing them, moisten the nails and the cuticles located under them to prevent them from drying out and cracking.

3. Do not lend your tools for nail care and avoid using chemicals for removing the nail polish that contain acetone.

4. If you use artificial nails, then you should check your nails regularly for fungal infections. These can occur in cases where the artificial nails do not stick closely to the natural ones, which allows the penetration of moisture between them. The infections can be easily spotted when the nails obtain a specific greenish shade.

5. Periodically clean your nails with lemon. Rub your nails with lemon juice for 10 minutes and then rinse.

6. To make the cuticles of your nails softer and the nails harder put your hands in a cup of milk.

7. Be very careful while removing the cuticles. Avoid cutting them too deeply to avoid infections and bleeding.

8. If you have ingrown nail in the meat, then be sure to go to the doctor and do not try to treat it yourself.

9. Eat healthy food by including in your diet supplements and foods that contain vitamins good for your skin, nails, hair and body. Calcium and biotin are among them.

10. Use rubber gloves when you wash dishes, in the garden and when using cleaning products.

11. Everybody knows that nail biting is one of the bad habits that affect the nails and make an impression to the people around you, so do not do this!

12. If you notice any strange spots on the nails, bumps or discoloration on your nails, make sure to go to a dermatologist and ask for his expert opinion, as the condition of the nails often indicates other diseases that need to be treated.
